Our History, Our Committee, Our Goals.

From foundings to today

Empowering cordyline enthusiasts worldwide, The International Cordyline Society fosters a global community rooted in shared passion. Originating in 1995 in South East Queensland, Australia, our society has grown into a network with members worldwide.

Embracing diverse backgrounds, from horticulturists to home gardeners, we unite under the banner of the 'king of foliage.' Our mission is to foster connection among cordyline enthusiasts. Through lively meetings in members' gardens, we create spaces to explore greenery and engage in talks on topics like new varieties and propagation.

While cordylines are our focus, discussions extend to other tropical plants harmonizing in lush gardens.

At the heart of our calendar is the Tropical Foliage Festival, offering plant lovers the chance to acquire new and rare cordylines. This event stands as a testament to our commitment to enriching experiences for our members. Welcoming visitors to our monthly meetings, detailed information available on our website, we invite all who share our passion for tropical foliage.

The International Cordyline Society Inc.: Nurturing a world where the love for cordylines transcends borders.
